Session includes an initial consultation followed by 1 hour of 1:1 personalised coaching and nutritional & lifestyle advice.

Our 10 sessions will be run with your chosen coach who will bring a wealth of knowledge to guide you through personalised and effective training. It will equip you with the understanding of how to continually evolve your fitness routine well beyond the 10 sessions. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, our package is tailored to challenge and inspire you, pushing boundaries while providing the support needed to foster a sustainable and transformative fitness journey.
TRAINING TOGETHER

At Morecore we can provide group coaching sessions, so you can train in a group with up to 3 people. Training together not only adds a social dimension but also fosters motivation, accountability, and a supportive environment. It's also an incredibly cost effective way of accessing personalised coaching!

£300 for 10 sessions
If you cancel your personal training session within 48 hours, you forfeit your session. Once purchased you have 1 month to use your coaching pass and 3 months to use your ultimate package passes.
